Description
In "A Time to Kill", Samuel L. Jackson plays Carl Lee Hailey, the father of a young girl who was brutally raped and beaten by a two white men.
When it doesn’t look like the men will be punished, Carl (Samuel L. Jackson) is outraged and decides to take the law into his own hands.
Now Carl is on trial for murder and it looks like he doesn’t have a chance.
He gets a young white lawyer, Jake Brigance (Matthew McConaughey) to defend him. Now the lawyer and his family are getting death threats for taking on the case.
