Jim Brown stars in "tick..tick..tick" as a newly-elected Black sheriff in a small Southern town.

Surprisingly, Jimmy Price (Jim Brown) wins the election for sheriff of small Southern town that has
never had an African-American in any office. The town is overflowing with racism, and the new
Sheriff Price finds himself directly in the middle of it - the White community doesn't like him and
members of the Black community wonder if he has become an "Uncle Tom."

After he makes some controversial arrests, the town is on the verge of exploding.
