Movie Summary
"The Perfect Holiday" stars Morris Chestnut and Gabrielle Union.
In this holiday romantic comedy. Queen Latifah narrates the film as Mrs. Christmas and Terrence Howard stars as Bah Humbug.
Gabrielle Union plays Nancy, a single mother of three kids who is in the midst of a nasty custody battle with her ex-husband J-Jizzy (Charlie Murphy). Nancy's daughter Emily overhears her say that all she would like for Christmas is for a normal man to tell her that she's beautiful and walk away. Wanting to make her mother's Christmas special, Emily decides to tell the department store Santa her mother's Christmas wish. Santa agrees to do what he can.
The man playing Santa, Benjamin, decides to fulfill the wish himself, so he approaches Nancy and tells her she's is beautiful and walks away. However, circumstances happen that bring them back together and they start falling in love. But there is a problem. Benjamin is an aspiring songwriter and it looks like he may be in a deal with Nancy's ex-husband that could create problems and friction for their relationship.
